Well it seems I had somehow had it set so that you could only submit to the featured folder. I apologize. I just fixed that though so please only submit to the appropriate folders. Only admins and contributors may submit to featured. Sorry for the confusion!

First off, people need to post in the right folders! Come on! I know you can do it! Second, HOMESTUCK RP. We NEED one. I would do it, but I have a lot going on. Please someone do it. I wouldn't mind helping to get it started.
